1971 graduate of Hopewell High School
1980 Associates Degree in Science in Business - Richard Bland College
1982 B.A. in Political Science from Virginia Commonwealth University
1986 Juris Doctor T.C. Williams School of Law - University of Richmond

EMPLOYMENT

I have been a licensed realtor in the Commonwealth of Virginia since January, 1975. I was formerly licensed to sell life insurance. I have worked a number of jobs in business and industry, prior to practicing law. I began my law practice by legal employment, from May 1986 through January 1993, with Binford, Johnson & Cloninger; Binford, Johnson, Cloninger and Chrisman; Binford Cloninger and Chrisman and Binford and Cloninger. From January 1993 until present, I have operated the Law Office of David L. Cloninger.
